I would be carefull with Poison maps,cause this can be nasty too. On Hexproof you just loose up on DPS which is also runable. No regen is the worst,and recovery is not nice but with the max % recovery on kill you can still run those,just carefull. So if you know what ur doing it wont be a problem, just dont face tank Uber Izaro if your EHP isnt this high cause there is not much armour to save you. The single target is really reliable and you get alot of time to dodge stuff and dont have to be close up.

Maybe if you take more DMG notes in tree and respec some life,then u could play a Kaoms Heart with it but it would still be pretty slow in comparison. I use this in every SR Build ! Yes you loose res but when u can handle this the regen makes it so good ! Also you have high life rolls coming with it !Ī BaleFire is kinda an option,but i would not recommend it still.
